Our roof panel 5G is a double-sheet self-supporting panel insulated in polyurethane with male/female joints, designed for sloping roofs with a minimum slope of 7%. For large longitudinal measurements it can be supplied in longitudinal overlapping form to minimise the effect of thermal expansion. The fixing is feed-through and cap nuts can be used. We recommend always using sealant.
A flat panel specifically designed for moving walls, prefabricated cubicles, cold rooms, exhibition stands, sliding doors and false ceilings, it is the ideal component for designs requiring lightness, solidity and insulation. The flat panel standard is a range of self-supporting metal panels insulated in micro-ribbed polyurethane with male/female joints designed for facades and dividing walls. When mounting, the paintwork must be correctly orientated, with the side marked “INTERNAL” facing inward.
The aesthetic effect of a wall is often important. It combines the beauty of an architectural wall created by hidden fixings with the practical advantages of modular construction. The panels are anchored by special joints. It is available with a diamond-pattern surface finish. This panel’s special hidden joints guarantee higher performance in terms of mechanical hold and insulation than any other product. The micro-grooved external diamond pattern enhances the aesthetic effect.
