Installation

BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE INSTALLATION

Roof covering is installed on battens spaced at 367 mm (EVERTILE) and 368 mm (EVERTECH G2 a EVERGLAZE), Installation starts from the ridge and ends at the eaves. The tiles of every low row are put under the front edge of tiles in upper row. Installation of EVERTILE COPPO is different and is described in the separate chapter.

Tiles are fixed throughout at the front edge on the spots supported by batten, it is between the start of groove and the wide profile. 4 nails should be used for fixing each tile. For large roofs we recommend the use of pneumatic nail-gun, which will make installation both quicker and more quality.

Tiles should not be cut with circular saws or grinding wheels because they could burn the anticorrosive protection of the material. It is recommended to use guillotines, hand or electrical scissors only.

We recommend the possibility of professional training to roofers or choose authorized installation company. This step increase professional and technical level of the installation and is for good functionality of the roof and fulfillment of Warranty conditions.
